Helpdesk tickets not being created properly

Unfortunately, the botched PHP update that caused problems with our payment gateway (not fixed), seems to have created other issues we have not noticed. Most notably, it seems our helpdesk is no longer being able to process new tickets, or ticket replies.

We are working on the issue. In the meanwhile, if you have any problem, please email me directly at admin@identitycloaker.com

UPDATE: The problem has been fixed, standard helpdesk operation has been restored. If you contacted our helpdesk between August 9 and August 13 and did not receive any reply, please contact us again, if possible. Really sorry for the recent issues.
