Please do not use Comments for support requests

If you are experiencing a problem of any sort, please do not use the Comments feature of this helpdesk but click the Submit Ticket link or email support@identitycloaker.com directly.

We have realized some customers used the comments feature for support requests which is not ideal as support is not notified once the comment is posted and we cannot effectively reply to it.

IMPORTANT: Helpdesk has a separate account

The new helpdesk system has a separate username and password. In other words, do not login using your Identity Cloaker account credentials at the helpdesk. You can submit a support ticket without registering, a helpdesk account will be created for you automatically and you will receive your helpdesk account credentials via email.

Welcome to our brand new customer support system!

For now you can submit any support ticket either via our online system or by sending an email at support@identitycloaker.com. In the next days you will also see knowledgebase articles that will help you solve the most common problems without even contacting our customer support, for the time being, please pardon the dust... Also, if you find any problem with the new helpdesk system, please do not hesitate to contact the admin directly at admin@identitycloaker.com
