Please do not use Comments for support requests

If you are experiencing a problem of any sort, please do not use the Comments feature of this helpdesk but click the Submit Ticket link or email directly.

We have realized some customers used the comments feature for support requests which is not ideal as support is not notified once the comment is posted and we cannot effectively reply to it.
