IMPORTANT: Helpdesk has a separate account

The new helpdesk system has a separate username and password. In other words, do not login using your Identity Cloaker account credentials at the helpdesk. You can submit a support ticket without registering, a helpdesk account will be created for you automatically and you will receive your helpdesk account credentials via email. | |
